Do not copy the nearby Visa Number, Passport No., or another date or identity field. Your document may not look exactly like the sample, so use the label and confirm the number if you are unsure.
Step 4: Enter the number and submit the inquiry
Return to the PACI form and carefully type the MOI number. Check every digit, then press Submit once.
When PACI finds a matching record, a message beginning “The civil id number you requested is” appears below the form. The number shown underneath is the Civil ID number.

What If PACI Does Not Show a Civil ID Number?
A missing result does not automatically mean there is a serious problem. Work through these checks:
- Confirm that you selected MOI to Civil Number, not Card Status, Card Validity, or Card Renewal.
- Recheck every digit in the MOI or reference number.
- Make sure you did not enter the visa number or passport number by mistake.
