2. What SOAKJAM provides

SOAKJAM provides browser-based Image Tools, PDF Tools and Daily Tools, together with information and a Contact form. The current tools generally process selected files and entries on your device rather than uploading them to SOAKJAM.

Features may be improved, replaced, limited or removed as the platform develops. Future divisions described on the website are plans, not promises that a particular service will launch.

3. Your files, choices and results

You remain responsible for your files, inputs, downloads and any decision made using a result. Keep an original backup before editing an important file. Check page order, dimensions, quality, calculations, QR content and other outputs before printing, submitting, sharing or relying on them.

SOAKJAM does not guarantee that an output will meet the rules of a government, employer, school, bank, platform, printer or other organisation. Calculators and converters provide general utility results and are not professional legal, medical, financial or technical advice.

4. Acceptable use

You may use SOAKJAM for lawful personal or business tasks. You must not:

• use the website to violate law, privacy, copyright, trademark or another person’s rights;
• submit malicious code, spam, deceptive messages or content intended to harm the site or another person;
• attempt to bypass security, overload the service, scrape it abusively or interfere with another visitor;
• misrepresent SOAKJAM output as verified, official or guaranteed when it is not; or
• use the Contact form to send passwords, payment information, highly sensitive documents or unlawful content.

5. Ownership and licences

You keep any rights you already have in files and content you process. SOAKJAM does not claim ownership of content merely because you use a browser tool.

The SOAKJAM name, logo, website design, original text and original code are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. The site also includes third-party open-source libraries that remain subject to their own licence notices included with the website.

6. Availability, links and future advertising

SOAKJAM aims to keep the tools available but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Browser support, device memory, file complexity, internet service or hosting maintenance may affect performance.

Third-party links and future advertisements may lead to services SOAKJAM does not control. Review their terms and privacy information before using them. An advertisement does not automatically mean SOAKJAM guarantees the advertiser or its offer.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The website and tools are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOAKJAM disclaims implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOAKJAM is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of—or inability to use—the site, including loss caused by an unverified result, deleted original, incompatible file or third-party service. Nothing in these terms removes any right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

These terms may change as SOAKJAM adds services or updates its practices. The date at the top will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply from their effective date.
