1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the SOAKJAM website at soakjam.com, including its Image Tools, PDF Tools, Daily Tools and Contact form. It does not automatically apply to a third-party website that may be linked from SOAKJAM.

This policy describes what SOAKJAM processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to visitors.
Effective and last updated: 5 August 2026Short version: SOAKJAM’s live tools are designed to process files and entries on your device. Information is sent to SOAKJAM only when you choose to submit the Contact form. Optional analytics stays blocked unless it is configured and you accept it.
2. Files and tool entries
The current Image, PDF and Daily Tools are designed to run in your browser. The photos, PDFs, names, text, passwords, dates and other information you enter into those tools are processed on your device and are not uploaded to SOAKJAM’s server by the tool itself.
Your browser may temporarily hold information in memory while a tool is open. Closing or refreshing a page normally clears that temporary working data. Downloads you create are saved wherever your browser or device places downloaded files.
Do not submit passwords, private documents or sensitive files through the Contact form.
3. Contact messages
If you submit the Contact form, SOAKJAM receives the category, your name, optional reply email, subject, optional page or tool name, and your message. The form also records limited technical details—IP address, browser information and submission time—to help identify abuse and troubleshoot delivery.
This information is used to review and respond to enquiries, provide tool support, investigate problem reports, consider feedback or tool suggestions, and protect the form from spam.
The Contact form uses a short-lived session cookie to enforce a brief submission rate limit. It is used for security and not advertising.
4. Optional analytics and browser storage
SOAKJAM is prepared to use privacy-limited Google Analytics to understand page visits and which tools are useful. The analytics tag is blocked unless a valid measurement ID has been configured and you actively accept analytics in the consent panel. Declining means the Google Analytics tag does not load.
If enabled and accepted, Google may process device, browser, approximate location and interaction information under its own terms. SOAKJAM’s configuration disables advertising personalisation signals. Files and the contents entered into tools are not intentionally sent to analytics.
Your analytics choice is stored on your device for up to six months so the site can remember it. This preference storage is separate from analytics measurement.

5. Service providers and transfers
Contact messages pass through SOAKJAM’s web-hosting email service and may be forwarded to the SOAKJAM Gmail inbox. Those providers may process messages and technical information under their own privacy terms, including in countries other than yours. If analytics is enabled and accepted, Google acts as an analytics service provider.
SOAKJAM does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect the website, comply with a valid legal request, or prevent misuse.
6. Retention and security
Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support history, prevent abuse or meet legal obligations. SOAKJAM uses HTTPS, form validation, same-origin checks, spam controls and limited security headers, but no online service can promise absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may use the browser-based tools without creating an account. Providing a reply email in the Contact form is optional. You may decline optional analytics and later reopen the preference control on this page.
You may ask SOAKJAM to review, correct or delete personal information contained in a contact message, subject to identity verification and any information that must be retained for security or legal reasons.
8. Younger visitors
SOAKJAM’s general tools are not designed to collect information from children. If you are under 13—or below the minimum age for providing personal information in your country—ask a parent or guardian before submitting the Contact form.
9. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when SOAKJAM adds a new feature, analytics provider, advertisement service or data practice. The updated date will change when the policy is revised.
