Every Night Of The Day
Scan what you have done on the particular day through self analysis. like what is good or bad. How much new things you have done.
Any mistakes, or any new productive or unproductive work you have done. Do this for 15 minutes.
After the above work now plan next day’s work in a step by step manner. Better you can write down in your note pad and scan it clearly.
Saturday night what to do ?
Analyze what you have done in the last one week. See the mistakes you have made and found a solution on how to correct it,
if possible to correct by yourself. if not, ask experts who can help you.
Find out good things that you have done and be happy on it. Spend an hour.
Sunday Night what to do ?
Sit for 20-30 minutes and used your notepad and write down very clearly all the important things that you want to do and achieve in the next week.
